The retailer had banned its sales items having Confederate flag and bumper sticker and considered it as offensive. Some clothing items of Black Lives Matter have written “Bulletproof” words on those items. The displayed product (Black Lives Matter shirts) in the published post was offered for sale in the month of December 2016 on their website “walmart.com”.

It is important that these specific items were being sold through marketplace of Walmart. This place has been considered an online open venue to 3rd party sellers. So, the alleged shirts were being sold by the “Old Glory” clothing company. The alleged items were sold with the written phrase at the right side of these items, “sold & shipped by Old Glory”.
