A student of Stanford, Brock Turner received jail prison in June 2016 for six months due to he was allegedly raped an unconscious woman at a party. This story widely spread after published by BuzzFeed that “Victim impact statement”. This was written by a woman and Turner was supposed convicted of sexually assault. The father of Turner also presented a letter in the way of proceedings by adding statement of victim in the court. Turner mentioned about the facts behind this incident and his father also spoke the effects of the prosecution on his son by adding some details such as loss of passion for steak and description of rape duration of 20 minutes.

The victim also emphasized that father of turner framed the crime as a result of excessive drinking and looseness, but not a planned rape. Point to be noted that Turner was found guilty and he was sent to jail, for six months. The statement of Turner and decision over his treatment increased confusions on social media networks. Most of the social media users believe it as an art of fiction and fabrication. The story also generated a number of questions from readers. A letter was also posted by Turner’s friend and his friend called his “sweat-heart” and said he is not a monster. One reader asked whether the letter was written by Dan Turner. The newspaper of the University mentioned that Santa Clara County Judge as an alumnus of the school.
