The former U.S President Ronald Reagan’s son, Ron Ronald Reagan is a commentator and contributor to programming on the MSNBC cable news and commentary network. He said Donald Trump is a traitor and Ronald Reagan would be embarrassed and ashamed of what has become of the Republican Party. Ron Reagan said during an interview that his father would never support Trump. He also described him as a traitorous president who is betraying his country. The Daily Beast reported, Ron also criticized the Republican Party and mentioned as entirely illegitimate and made up of a bunch of sycophantic traitors mouthing Kremlin propaganda to defend this squalid little man who is occupying the White House. He added that this is a dying party. They either have to remake themselves entirely or they will disappear eventually.

Ron added that the Republican Party will be a minor fringe group within a decade if it continues going this way. Ron Reagan also said that his father would have been ashamed of this Republican Party. He would have been embarrassed and ashamed that a president of the United States was as incompetent and traitorous as the man occupying the White House now. He’s a disgrace to the office of the presidency. Ron also connected the current political disturbance in the U.S to the run-up to the civil war. He also predicted Trump will make unconstitutional attempts for the 3rd or 4th term.

The son of former U.S President said Trump needs to be president for life because it will keep him away from jail. He added, “It is perhaps the most dangerous time for our republic in my lifetime, perhaps since the civil war. If there is a 2nd Trump administration, he’s going to feel liberated to do whatever he wants to do. He’ll try and go for the third, fourth, however long he lasts. He wants to be president for life. It would keep him out of jail”. Reagan presented himself as an unabashed atheist who isn’t afraid of burning in hell. It is noteworthy that Ron Reagan rejected Trump’s recent move about Christians and described it as cynical and political.
