US President Donald Trump’s youngest son, Barron Trump tested positive for coronavirus around the same time his father was diagnosed with the COVID-19 disease. The announcement came from the First Lady Melania Trump. President informed reporters his son is doing fine. Trump’s wife was also tested positive when her husband did a few weeks back. She has laid low, unlike the President, who had a very public bout with the virus and quickly returned to the public spotlight. The White House released an essay written by Melania Trump. She wrote, “Naturally my mind went immediately to our son. To our great relief, he tested negative, but again, as so many parents have thought over the past several months, I couldn’t help but think what about tomorrow or the next day?”

Melania said, “My fear came true when he was tested again and it came up positive. Luckily he is a strong teenager and exhibited no symptoms. In one way I was glad the three of us went through this at the same time so we could take care of one another and spend time together. He has since tested negative”. The White House had publicly said at least once that Barron Trump had tested negative. President Trump’s wife said she shied away from medication after her coronavirus case. She said, “I was very fortunate as my diagnosis came with minimal symptoms, though they hit me all at once and it seemed to be a roller coaster of symptoms in the days after”.

She added, “I experienced body aches, a cough, and headaches, and felt extremely tired most of the time. I chose to go a more natural route in terms of medicine, opting more for vitamins and healthy food. We had wonderful caretakers around us and we will be forever grateful for the medical care and professional discretion we received”. It is noteworthy that President Trump again boasted during a Tuesday night campaign rally about his own medical cocktail. He said he feels great and needs to make the experimental and aggressive cocktail of antibody drugs and a powerful steroid available to all Americans who get the virus.
