The AOL company official announced on Wednesday that its new video app will be available on Android TV. There are few exciting things associate with AOL video app like it holds the short form series “Park Bench with Steve Buscemi,” movies like Marimax and brand names like Techcrunch and HuffPost.Google introduced Nexus Player last year with the cooperation of Asus to provide better Android TV experience. It also introduced a tablet with a mini smart phone for better experience.

But it could not attract most of the customers due to higher price. Google made its first effort in the 2010 in the online TV industry by introducing Google TV that was flap in that year as it could not provide users an easy access to the online TV. Now Google introduced Chromecast a dongle that is plug-in to a TV that casts the TV programs to your computer, smart phone or tablet. The cost of this dongle is $35 that is rechargeable on monthly basis. AOL’s video plug-in enjoys a better reputation among its users all over the world and availability of video app of AOL at Android TV will be beneficial for both AOL and Android as well.
