This user published two similar photographs and the second picture with a different statement and claimed that urinals are supposedly being installed in the ladies bathroom. This post got more popularity due to bathrooms had become a popular topic especially in the North Carolina. We discovered that showing location in the photographs was captured from the Pilot Travel Center at Mebane, North Carolina. It was still not clear that these photographs were showing the renovations for bathrooms or installing new urinals in the ladies bathroom.
The user commented on its behalf on the photographs and showing a sign outside the door of bathroom. One of the Pilot employees said that public restrooms and bathrooms at Mebane were renovating, so most of the Facebook users shared these photographs. He added that those outlets were closed during the renovations and described it as portable toilet only for men. It was said by the Facebook user that ladies used men’s bathrooms during the period of renovation of ladies bathrooms and men used the portable toilet at the outside. An employee said on 13th April 2016 that renovations have been completed for those two bathrooms. But, the employee confirmed that there was not any kind of urinals in the bathrooms for ladies. The women used men’s bathrooms at the time of renovation for their bathrooms and men used outside facilities temporarily.
