The FCC is not efficiently approaching with evidence of the purported rejection of service attack on its servers and it is leaving some troubles. A batch of U.S Senators needs to find out, is it protecting privacy or boiling attempts to post comments supporting net neutrality? These Senators are going above the head of FCC to make sure in getting their answers. The U.S Senators Edward Markey, Al Franken, Brian Schatz, Ron Wyden and Patrick Leahy have forwarded a letter to the Acting Director of FBI Andrew McCabe and asked his agency to initiate & control a high-level investigation regarding the cyber-attack claims of FCC. But, they didn’t directly blame the FCC for dishonesty because their wordings clearly show that they aren’t only taking the word of Commission at face value.

It is important that any kind of cyber-attack against a federal agency is very serious. The FCC denied the public opinion regarding any major decision, but temporarily. It might “call into question” about the integrity of the rule process of the FCC. McCabe has been asked to not respond any later than 23rd June 2017. It is still unclear that how often he is to take action. The U.S Senators need to forward letters by showing their concern regarding important & critical topics, but it is often a surely symbolic movement. Point to be noted that if the FBI shows its willing for an investigation, it would be more than an unusual condition. The federal bureau might be tasked with bluff of FCC and it would be more challenging the honesty of the regulator.
