The wind power companies should need to take measures in order to minimize these massive loses because it would reflect badly on the population of bald eagles. The researchers mentioned that 85 deaths of bald eagles and golden eagles were reported between 1997 and June 2012 at the wind energy facilities in the United States and These figures indicated that at least 5.6 deaths of bald eagles per year. The figure of 85 deaths during 15 years period showed that there were only 6 bald eagles and the other 79 were golden eagles.
