Milley further added that the U.S Armed forces must develop urban combat training center on a larg-scale, including improvement in combat simulation, robotics, and cyber technologies. He stressed that the U.S Congress should pass an extraordinary budget to move U.S military forward with strengthening its force. He pointed out that the U.S military should adopt the changes in the global threat; otherwise we will lose the next war. He added that preparation for war is too expensive, but preparation for war is much cheaper than fighting a war and the most expensive thing is fighting & losing a war. The comments of Milley come a day after the U.S Defense Secretary Jim Mattis indicated that the relationships of U.S with North Korea remains a diplomatic one, but the U.S military should be prepared for any severe situation.
