The Engine of an Air India Airplane Sucked and Killed a Technician

Today, the distress stretched out at the airport of Mumbai when an airplane was being equipped for a flight to Hyderabad. The emergency squad experienced a terrible situation and started frightful task and tried to take out the body of a technician from the engine of airplane. This horrible incident happened early in the morning when an airplane was being equipped to departure for Hyderabad. This terrifying incident happened five minutes before the airplane was just ready to take off. The technician died on the spot. It is said that the co-pilot of a domestic flight Al619 Mumbai-Hyderabad accidently misread a signal and started the engine of airplane.

The source informed that Ravi Subramanian was the technician who was standing near to the engine of airplane and suddenly the engine of airplane pulled him inside the engine. This incident happened at Bay 28 of the Chhatrapati Shivaji domestic airport. It is still unclear that how an intelligent technician was standing in a position from where he was picked inside the engine. But, this incident raised questions regarding health and safety for all the air transport system in India. The Managing Director and Chairman of Air India Ashwani Lohani issued a statement that one of the Air India technicians has died in an unfortunate incident when the engine of an airplane sucked him inside the engine, but we are investigating the reasons behind this incident. He added that we are deeply sad and guilt on this unfortunate incident happened at Mumbai airport.
